Santa Monica Stairs

Every Tuesday I’m now climbing the Santa Monica Stairs after work. Only on Tuesday I work in Malibu, and the stairs are on my way home. Not sure how many times I force myself to go up and down, but I normally spend half an hour, which causes my calves to be sore for at least 3 days. It’s funny how these stairs are such a famous work out spot, and it really looks like the scene on this picture. Many people with Ipods on, walking, crawling (me), or slowly walking the 152 steps of the stairs up and down, pretty much keeping to themselves, quitely sweating, and shredding pounds…



  1. I’ve already got a leg cramp just reading the words “152 steps.”
